Discovering dA and the digital arts

I am discovering DeviantArt, Paint tool Sai and the world of digital arts in the same week.
I'm just starting but i hope i will rapidly improve my level! I try to watch and read as many online tutorials as i can for three weeks but i still have some troubles with understanding everything.
I'm starting to get used and to finally (yeah, yeah, finally) understand Deviant Art: it's a pretty good start! But there are still some terms that i don't understand at all (what does it means when a work is marked "print available"? What is an available print? Can we buy it? I don't really understand).
I think i will check some forums and FAQ later. It
